Mental training Vacation in Portugal - February 14-21
This mental training vacation is meant primarily for people who have an interest in developing an understanding of mental training and improving their own mental capacity.
The lectures/discussions will include a great deal about how the body works both physically and mentally. Also presented and discussed will be various ways of trying to deal with both
a) special situations, such as public appearance, interviews, exams etc. and
b) more everyday situations, such as sleep problems, smoking, weight, etc.
Though it is not possible to become an expert in mental training in a week, we do include many practical exercises and discussions on how to continue on your own.

The idea is that this combination of theoretical and practical elements will make your trip a very unusual, but rich holiday.
The week will begin with supper on Saturday evening, February 14, and then an introduction to the week. It will conclude with a summary on Friday evening and breakfast at 7:30 Saturday morning. |

Saturday evening: Introduction
Sunday morning: Introduction to mental training and how it can be used in everyday life.
Sunday evening: Different uses of mental training.
Monday - Thursday: Each day will include more theory about mental training as well as
practical exercises.
Several excursions will also be possible where costs will vary depending
upon the type of excursion
There will also be available many books and videos on different
uses of mental training, and other methods to develop mental abilities.
Bob will also be available for various discussions and for some personal
coaching.
Friday: The first part of the day will be flexible where participants, can choose different
activities. The latter part of the day will include a summary of the week and
discussion of various future opportunities,
